Scientific Sessions

Scientific sessions will be very enriching ones consisting of prestigious orations, Guest Lectures, Symposia and award sessions in addition to the free paper and poster sessions. While utmost care would be taken to accommodate oral presentations, this would be at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. As is inevitable in a large conference, a major proportion of the papers can only be accommodated as poster presentations. Early birds stand a better chance of getting accommodated in oral paper sessions.

Please check and fulfill all the requirements for abstract submission to avoid disappointment.

For the award sessions the full text paper needs to be submitted to Dr. Ranganathan Iyer, Secretary, IAMM at HYDERABAD, as mentioned earlier.

The author of an oral paper is required to make the presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint slides only suitable for presentation in a hall that may not be totally dark.

Presentation should be complete in 7 minutes and maximum 3 min for interaction.

For poster presentation a space of 3ft x 3 ft (approx) will be provided for each participant. Colour illustration and portrait orientation will be suitable. The presenting author MUST BE PRESENT during the ENTIRE DURATION of the allotted session.

Acceptance of free paper or poster would be on the final decision of the Organizing committee.
